The data is collected as little as every 2 seconds and updates every 2-Seconds. 
The station comprises of an anemometer, rain gauge and a thermo-hydro transmitter
situated in an optimal position for highest accuracy possible.  
The webcam images and videos are captured by a Logictech Quickcam.

while other sites may take up to 30 mins or more to update.
